THE PROCESS:
To start, review the most current style selections to identify your own personal look that you wish to achieve. Everyone has their own unique style and taste. These may range from traditional styles to more modern designs. Houzz, Pinterest, and kitchen design magazines are key resources for you to start with. Once you have settled on major design elements of your project, set up a visit to our showroom where one of our designers can see how your thoughts and ideas incorporate with our products. If you are building, please bring a copy of your proposed layout. If you are remodeling, schedule a professional home consult with your designer. At this appointment, we will measure, take photos of your existing space, and your designer will review options with you as to what products and features will best suit your needs, space, and budget.
Your designer will then get to work to provide you with computer generated, architectural drawings. These drawings will help you to envision what your re-designed area will look like upon completion. When the working drawings are complete and product choices have been made, we are then able to get you accurate pricing based on your selections and design. Once we have finalized the design and material selections, a formal sales proposal will be created, and details will be reviewed along with pricing. Signing the sales proposal and placing the required deposit will begin the ordering process. Cabinets can require anywhere from 2-6 weeks for production from the date of the purchase order, depending on the manufacturer. Our team of professionals will work diligently to keep you informed on all aspects of your job, from the point of order placement, all the way through to installation.
Queen City Cabinetry can offer as much or as little assistance as you require. We have the ability to Install everything that we sell with our own carpenters that have 35+ years of construction, Kitchen and Bath remodeling experience. If you require these services one of our construction managers will visit the site and go over the scope of your job with you. We are one stop shopping, and the level of service is decided by the Customer. Everything Is done and completed by Queen City Cabinetry from start to finish. Cabinets will typically take 1-3 days to properly install, based on an average size kitchen or bathroom. It may be longer depending on the size and complexity of your project. Countertops will then be templated by our fabrication partner. Allow 2-3 weeks for top production from template date. Please note that not all projects will require templating. After the tops are installed, final touches will be taken care of. Mosaic, or other tile backsplashes, will require a minimum of 1-2 days for installation after the countertop and plumbing have been installed.
